FCS currently provides individual therapy to children, adolescent and adults utilizing an several clinical approaches (i.e solution focus, DBT, strength based etc) to help their clients reach their goal.
Couples Therapy
FCS provides couples a safe environment to address their challenges and decide on the appropriate clinical approach that best work for them and their relationship.
Family Therapy
Offered to family who are struggling to deal with some of everyday challenges. This type of therapy not only includes immediate family members but also any extended family members or anyone the family considers to be an important part of their lives (i.e. religious leaders, etc.).
Substance Abuse
FCS provides counseling to those who are struggling with substance abuse addictions. Clinicians, plus their training, collaborates with their clients to ensure the best quality service.
Group Therapy
FCS offers a wide range of psycho-educational and psycho-social group therapy topics which may include, expressive therapy, art therapy, anger management and conflict resolution groups.
