Fidelia Counseling Services is a DPH-licensed outpatient behavioral health clinic that provides,  home, school; program, and office-based clinically and culturally competent counseling services to the community of Woburn and its surrounding towns. FCS's purpose is to provide mental health and substance abuse counseling services to everyone in the community, with respect to culture, sex, race, gender, religion, sexual/identity preference. FCS provides a continuum of mental health services that emphasizes family centered care, strength -based practice, increased accessibility, out-come assessment, culturally competent are, and community- based partnership. This continuum is illustrated in FCS's current focus with families we partner with enhancing what is already successful (strength-based) in their lives. FCS also focuses on family centered values and practices by joining with families in the process of developing and enhancing stronger communication and relationships. This also making connections within their immediate community at large communities to help have the capacity to continue to grow and establish on- going resources to a high quality life when FCS's involvement has ended.

Psychiatrist, social workers, Mental Health Clinicians who have been in the field for over 40 years., and specializes in several models (i.e artistic therapy, trauma ect).

 FCS consultants consist of psychiatrist, social workers, mental health counselors and trainees in these fields. Our consultants are diverse, with varied professional and cultural backgrounds and linguistic capabilities that includes the following but not limited to : English, Portuguese, Spanish, Cape Verdean, Somali and Haitian Creole. Personnel with set hours and times are considered employees and are hired through a temp Agency.
